SeoPro.Tools respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use www.seopro.tools (the “Service”), how we use it, the legal grounds we rely on, with whom we share it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.
Last updated: 7 June 2026.
The controller responsible for processing your personal data is:
This Policy applies to all visitors and registered users of the Service, including the use of our SEO and website‑analysis tools, file conversion tools, user accounts, and premium subscriptions. It does not apply to third‑party websites that may be linked from our Service.
When you register, we collect your name (or username), e‑mail address and a password (stored only in hashed form). If you sign in with a social provider (Google, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok), we receive your basic public profile and e‑mail from that provider.
When you use our tools, we process the input you submit — for example the website URLs, domains, keywords, text or files you analyse — together with the results generated. Some analyses are cached to improve performance.
We automatically collect your IP address, approximate location derived from it (via MaxMind GeoIP), browser type, device and operating system, referring pages, and timestamps. This is used for security, abuse prevention (rate limiting, anti‑DDoS, CAPTCHA) and to keep the Service running.
For premium subscriptions, payments are processed by our payment providers Stripe, PayPal and Skrill. We do not store your full card number. We retain billing details, the plan purchased, invoices and transaction references needed for accounting and tax obligations.
Tools such as PDF/image converters and OCR temporarily store the files you upload in order to produce the output. These files and generated results are deleted automatically after processing by our scheduled clean‑up.
If you contact us (contact form, e‑mail, support), we keep your message and contact details to answer your request.
We use cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers acting as processors on our behalf, or where required by law:
We use the following categories of cookies:
Non‑essential cookies are only set with your consent. You can change your choices at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, or by adjusting your browser settings.
Some of our providers (e.g. Google, Stripe, PayPal) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
We use HTTPS/TLS encryption across the site, hashed password storage, prepared database statements, access controls, CAPTCHA and abuse monitoring. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using appropriate technical and organisational measures.
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at mail@seopro.tools. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Estonia this is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Our Service may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites; please review their own policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
